Customer Situation: List for a Part Inquiry - Purpose

The Customer Situation: List for a Part Inquiry program (GA961E) displays a list of Blanket Orders for an item number and permits you to choose one of them to inquire about the Customer Status.  According to the entered parameters on the Function Select screen, this program displays all the available Blanket Orders for an item number, including the following information:

·     Item Number with its Description;

·     Customer Item Number with its Description;

·     Delivery Point and its Company/Location;

·     Blanket Order Number and Contract Number;

·     Endorsement Number;

·     Available Quantity (from Warehouse Balance file, IC140M);

·     Quantity-to-Ship (from Offset Releases file, GA200M);

·     Advance/Backorder;

·     Ship-to Company/Warehouse.

You must enter 'X' in the Selection field and press the Enter key to display the customer status for the desired blanket order.
