Customer Situation Inquiry - Purpose

The Customer Situation Inquiry program (GA960E) allows the user to display the following data about the advancement of deliveries associated with the selected item/delivery point relationship:
· Delivery request releases
· Shipping lists
· Customer Synchronization data
· Shipper Synchronization data
Although this is an inquiry program, the shipper Synchronization data can be changed directly if the user is authorized to do so in category G23. The following list shows the inquiry programs that are called by the Customer Status Inquiry.
1. From the Function Select screen (GA960S01), use F14 to access the Blanket Order Inquiry (GA810E) Function Select screen.
2. From the Detail screen (GA960S02), the user should press F4 to access the Endorsement Inquiry (GA820E) Function Select screen.
3. From the Detail screen (GA960S02), the user should press F7 to access the Shipping List Inquiry (GA845E) Header screen.
4. From the Detail screen (GA960S02), the user should press F14 to access the Delivery Request Inquiry (GA832E) Header screen.
5. From the Detail screen (GA960S02), the user should press F16 to access the Delivery Request Inquiry (GA832E) Release screen.
