Sales Analysis by Product Class, Customer Detail

The Sales Analysis by Product Class, Customer Detail report provides sales information by product to specific customers.  Sales quantity, average unit price and extended sales amount for each period requested are listed.  This report provides sales information by salesperson within each defined sales territory to analyze sales performance by salesperson. 

Requests can be entered selecting specific ranges of territories, salespersons and Product Class Codes to allow very specific analysis by region.  The user may compare sales over a range of periods for the current sales year to the same sales periods for the previous year.  This will help analyze sales and performance trends of the various territories and salespersons.  The detail report can also be used to analyze which customers are buying particular products to help evaluate various marketing techniques and trends.

In a multi-currency environment, the base currency and currency description are formatted in the upper left-hand corner of the report, just under the report number.

Sales Analysis by Product Class Summary

The Sales Analysis by Product Class Summary report provides sales information by salesperson of the various product classes.  Sales quantity, average unit price and extended sales amount for each period requested are listed.  This report provides sales information by salesperson within each defined sales territory in order to analyze how well a product is selling in particular markets as well as salesperson performance. 

Requests can be entered selecting specific ranges of territories, salespersons and product class codes in order to allow very specific analysis by region.  The report allows the user to compare sales over a range of periods for the previous year to help analyze sales and performance trends of the various territories and salespersons.

Sales Analysis by Product Class, Customer Request Exceptions

The Sales Analysis by Product Class, Customer Request Exceptions report prints an error code and error message for any invalid request, or any other exception condition that occurs while processing the Sales Analysis by Product Class, Customer reports (SA510A and SA510B).
