Purchase Part Transaction History Inquiry - Purpose

The Purchase Part Transaction History Inquiry program (PO800E) provides an online view of Purchased Part transactions and variances in cost between the purchase order, receipt, and invoice. The user can to select information by a part or part/vendor and by from date or number of records.
Once the user has entered information on the Function Select screen, a detail subfile screen will be displayed showing the purchase order cost, receipt cost, and invoice cost. Various command keys will allow the user to enter other inquiries regarding the part. The header information on the detail screen will show the current standard cost, average purchase cost, last purchase cost, and number of records loaded.
