Sales Order History Inquiry - Purpose

The Sales Order History Inquiry program (OP801E) allows you to view the transaction activity of a particular order. Data will be displayed at the order as well as the part level. This program either displays all the documents for an order or displays documents for a part along with quantity and amount depending on whether a part number is passed.
The program will only display information after the sales order has been shipped and billed (i.e. there is an invoice number on the sales order line). If a sales order shipment has been shipped and the billing was deferred or consolidated, other options from the Sales Order Inquiry should be used to view shipment information.
When the program is called from Sales Order Maintenance Function Select screen, it will always pass the sales order number and release number. The subfile will be displayed directly instead of the header portion of the screen. If the sales order number is passed as zeros then the header portion(selection criteria) of the screen will be displayed.
