RMA Report Request - Purpose
OP370E
The RMA Report Request program (OP370E) allows you to request a report showing all RMAs in the system. This report may be sorted by customer number, expected receipt date, part number, or reason code. After the request is validated, this program updates the RMA Report Request file (OP370AP) with the request. Once the report request is released from the Release Submitted Jobs option from the Application Menu, the Return Merchandise Authorization Report program (OP700E) prints the report.
