RMA Receipt Control - Purpose
OP215E
The RMA Receipt Control program (OP215E) allows you to process the receipt of returned merchandise. This program provides you with a place to process customer credits, inventory adjustments, and sales order replacements. It also allows you to update the RMA's status. From this program you can call the following programs via command keys:
· Order Processing Postbilling and Memo Entry (OP130E)
· Accounts Receivable Open Item Entry (AR030E)
· Inventory Control Multi-Line Inventory Adjustment (IC120E)
· Order Processing Sales Order Maintenance (OP100E)
Once you have performed maintenance in the required program you can return to this program to process the returns further.
