Backordered Parts Report - Purpose
OP660E
The Backordered Parts Report program (OP660E) runs in batch after the Automatic Order Release program. The program reads records from the Backordered Parts Report Input file (OP630AP2) and produces the backordered parts report by company/warehouse.
The program prints separate reports for each new company/warehouse encountered on the input file. Each report contains a list of all backordered parts from the input file corresponding to the company/warehouse printed in the header. Each line of the report is formatted with the following information about the part: Part Number, Description, Source Company, Source Warehouse, SKU (Stockkeeping Unit of Measure), Inventory Quantity, On-Order Quantity, Reserved Quantity, and Backordered Quantity. The header to the report contains the company/warehouse codes along with the base currency for the company/warehouse.
