This command screen performs the TR100M conversion to TR100AP online.
WHAT IS IT USED FOR
This batch is used to update the repository from the reference repository if there are no translations found for the term. This batch should normally be used only once to retrieve existing translations from the translated Version 8.0 repository (TR100M) in order to format the translation of the Version 9.0 repository (TR100AP).
WHAT TO DO BEFORE RUNNING THE BATCH
Ensure that the reference repository exists in the correct library and that the length of the translated literal is not greater than the English term length (this will cause problems during the source update process unless the translated term length is reduced to the English length using the Entry/Modify Translation conversation).
WHEN IT HAS TO BE RUN
It has to be run once the repository term generation has run.
WHAT TO DO AFTER RUNNING THE BATCH
Run the Translation Status Report query to detect how many terms have been translated. Then update the repository for nontranslated terms using the Enter/Modify Translation conversation and proceed to the translation source update.
REFERENCE LIBRARY
Specifies the reference library where the Version 8.0 repository (TR100M) is located.
TRANSLATION LIBRARY
