The Menu Maintenance Detail Screen (MA100S02) is displayed in two forms: the partial screen, and the detail screen. The detail screen is displayed after valid information is entered on the function select screen (MA100S01), and after a valid menu name is entered on the partial screen.
The partial screen is displayed after detail data is entered to allow you to maintain another menu with the same maintenance code as the previous transaction. Also, the partial screen is displayed to prompt you for a valid menu name if an invalid menu is entered on the function select screen.
The detail screen allows you to add, change, or delete the detail information associated with the menu. Once the Enter key is pressed, the Menu Master File (MA100M) is updated with the new information and the partial screen is displayed. In add or change mode, all fields on the screen, except the menu name, are enterable. In delete mode, only the menu name is displayed, and it is not enterable.
You may directly access the Menu Inquiry Conversation from this screen by pressing F9. After the inquiry is complete, you are returned to this screen and any information entered before the inquiry is displayed. The function select screen may be displayed from the partial screen by pressing F10=Select.

If you are in change mode, the menu group cannot be changed if a menu security officer is assigned to it on the Security Master File (MA130M).
