The Initial Menu Assignment Detail Screen allows you to maintain initial menu assignments. If you are in add mode, multiple blank lines are displayed to allow you to enter assignments for more than one user. If you are in change mode, all initial menu assignments associated with the security officer are displayed, but only the menu name may be changed. If you are in delete mode, only the option select field is enterable.
The user and menu fields are protected. You may select assignments to be deleted or use the F21 key to delete all initial menu assignments at once. All information changed on this screen updates the User/Menu Assignment File (MA150M). After the Enter key is pressed, the function select screen is re-displayed to allow you to maintain more initial menu assignments.
You may view existing initial menu assignments for users by pressing F9 (Inquiry) to enter the Initial Menu Inquiry Conversation. When you exit from the inquiry conversation, you are returned to this screen and any information entered before the inquiry is displayed. You may exit from this maintenance conversation by pressing F3.
OPTION

The menu must be authorized to the security officer who is maintaining the initial menu assignment.
This field must not be all nines, and it must not be blank if the user field is not blank.
