WILLIAMS MENU AUTHORIZATION 2/26/92
DSP01 FAST PATH MAINTENANCE ADDITION
Program Name OP100E
Fast Path Mnemonic SLSORDMNT
F3=Exit F10=Function Select
The Fast Path Maintenance Detail Screen (MA180S02) is displayed in two forms: the partial screen, and the detail screen. The detail screen is displayed after valid information is entered on the function select screen (MA180S01), and after a valid program name is entered on the partial screen.
The partial screen is displayed after the detail screen to allow you to maintain a fast path relationship for another program with the same maintenance code. The partial screen is also displayed to prompt you for a valid program name if you enter an invalid one on the function select screen. The detail screen allows you to add or delete the fast path relationship for a program.
Once the Enter key is pressed, the Fast Path Control File (CT130M) is updated with the new information. When in add mode, only the mnemonic code is enterable. When in delete mode, both the program name and mnemonic code are displayed, but neither are enterable. The function select screen may be displayed from the partial or detail screen by pressing F10=Select.
PROGRAM NAME
Required (partial). Display Only (detail). The name of a program in the system for which you wish to maintain a fast path relationship. If the partial screen is displayed, the following validation is performed on this field:
If you selected the add option, the program name must not already exist on the Fast Path Control File (CT130M).
If you selected the delete option, the program name must exist on the Fast Path Control File (CT130M).
The program name must be left-justified, and the field cannot be blank or all nines.
MNEMONIC CODE
Required (add). Display Only (delete). The code used to access the specified program. The mnemonic code is used to call the associated program through the use of a command key. The following validation is performed on this field:
The code must be defined for an option (option type = 1) on the Option Master File (MA110M).
The code must not be defined for another program on the Fast Path Control File (CT130M).
The mnemonic code must be left-justified, and the field must not be blank or all nines.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Updates the Fast Path Control File (CT130M) with the information you enter on the screen. After the file is updated, the partial screen is displayed, prompting you to enter another program name to allow you to perform the same maintenance on that program.
F3 - Displays the application menu.
F4 - Displays a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F10 - Returns you to the function select screen without updating the Fast Path Control File.
