This screen displays a menu from which you may choose an option to enter a conversation or display a sub-menu. You may also enter a fast path code, mnemonic code, or any other authorized command. To select an option, enter the option number of the desired option on the command line and press Enter. If the option is valid, the appropriate conversation is called or the appropriate sub-menu is displayed. To enter a fast path code, mnemonic code, or other authorized command, enter the necessary code or command on the command line and press Enter. If the code or command is valid, the appropriate function is performed. You may exit from this menu by pressing F3. When you exit, you are returned to the screen from which this menu was called.
If there are new Business Process Manager (BPM) events in your BPM mailbox, the New Events notification displays in the upper right corner of the screen. To navigate to the Event Manager conversation to view the messages in your BPM mailbox, press the New Events key (F21). This key is only valid when there are new event messages in your BPM mailbox.
COMMAND LINE
Required (for selecting an option or entering a command). This line is used to enter the option number, fast path code, mnemonic code, or other authorized command that you wish to process. After you enter a valid option number, code, or command, the appropriate function is performed. If you enter an invalid option number, code, or command, you remain on this screen and an error message is displayed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Performs the appropriate function based on the information entered on the command line. If the data you enter is invalid, you remain on this screen and an error message is displayed.
F3 - Returns you to the screen or menu from which this menu was called.
F4 - Displays a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F15 - This key will display a list of all valid mnemonic codes in the system. You may select a code to be returned to the command line.
F19 - This key will convert the option names shown on the menu into their valid mnemonic codes. If the mnemonic codes are already shown, this key will display the option names.
F21 - This option only displays if there are new Business Process Manager (BPM) events in your BPM mailbox. Press this key to display the contents of your mailbox on the Event Manager Recap screen.
F23 - Allows you to display screens in another language that is installed on your system. This option only displays if you have multiple languages installed.
