This screen displays detailed EDI demand for the current part. The demand is broken down into the four automotive demand types and is totaled.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. The part for which the Tentative Master Schedule will be maintained. Must be a valid, active master scheduled part.
DEMAND PERIOD
Display only. The first day of the period, based on the planning period option selected.
SHIPPING DEMAND QUANTITY
Display only. An automaker has authorized the shipment of this quantity.
FABRICATION DEMAND QUANTITY
Display only. An automaker has authorized the manufacturing of this quantity.
MATERIAL DEMAND QUANTITY
Display only. An automaker has authorized the purchase of raw materials used to make this quantity.
PLANNING DEMAND QUANTITY
Display only. An automaker has forecasted that it will require this quantity.
TOTAL EDI DEMAND
Display only. The sum of Shipping, Fabrication, Material, and Planning demand quantities.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to Demand screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without update.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without updating changes.
