This screen is used to maintain detail load values for the Resource Profile record selected on the Function Select screen.   The load should be entered in the units specified in the Load Units value.

PLANT

Display only.  Used to identify the plant in which the maintenance will be performed.  The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant on Reference File category 409.  This field defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.

KEY FACILITY AND DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The key facility entered on the Function Select screen, along with its description.

PART NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The part number entered on the Function Select screen, along with its description.

LOAD UNITS

Display only.  The load units is a descriptive measure of the type of load to be calculated for this key facility.  If the load for this key facility is determined using information created from the Routing File (Using Planned Routing Generation), the load units should be expressed in hours.  If the load for this key facility is to be entered in Resource Profile Maintenance, the load units should correspond to the load being measured in the Load per Day field.

RESOURCE PROFILE QUANTITY

Required.  The resource profile quantity allows you to enter the load based on a given quantity (i.e. average batch size).  The load per day will be factored using this value.

BYPASS FLAG

Required.  This flag is used to determine if the resource profile record should be bypassed by the Planned Routing Generation program.  Valid values are Y (yes) and N (no).

DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE  (FROM/TO)

Required.  These values allow you to enter a range of days where a consistent pattern of load will fall on the key facility.  For a load of one day, the from and to days should be the same.

LOAD PER DAY

Required.  Specify the load per day for the range of days selected, based on the Load Units and the Resource Profile quantity.
