This screen allows you to select reporting options for the Master Scheduling Action Report. You may request that all planning information be printed, or you may limit the reporting to exceptions only. The time horizon for which the schedule is printed may be limited as well.
PLANT
Display only. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID.
PART OPTION
Required. Valid values are:
1 - Print all parts.
2 - Print only those parts for which exceptions have been identified against Firm and Open orders.
3 - Print parts for which any exception has been identified, including changes to planned orders.
DATE LIMIT OPTION
Required. Valid values are:
1 - Print all periods in the scheduling horizon.
2 - Print periods to last message against Firm or Open orders, disregarding exceptions against Planned orders.
3 - Print periods to last message against any order.
4 - Print periods for the range of dates specified below, which may be different from the scheduling horizon.
PRINT START DATE
Required if Date Limit Option 4 selected. The starting date of information to be printed on the Action Report.
PRINT HORIZON DATE
Required if Date Limit Option 4 selected. The ending date of information to be printed on the Action Report.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Request the Master Schedule Rollover.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit without update.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without updating changes.
F16 - Allow you to change the default output location for the report.
