The Key Facility Load Detail Screen displays, for a specific part in a specified key facility, the detailed order information and cumulative load hours in a particular period. The information is based on the current, simulated schedule or the tentative schedule, depending on the option chosen on the Function Select screen.
PLANT
Display only. Identifies the plant in which the inquiry is being performed.
PLANNED ROUTING DATE
Display only. The date that the planned routings were last generated. The planned routings need not be regenerated unless product design or key facility definition has changed.
PERIOD
Display only. The starting and end date of the period for which load is displayed.
KEY FACILITY
Display only. The key facility for which load is displayed.
KEY FACILITY DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the key facility for which load is displayed.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The part number selected from the summary screen for which the detailed order information is displayed.
PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the part selected from the summary screen for which detailed order information is displayed.
LOAD BY PART
Display only. This field indicates the load contributed by the part on the key facility for the period.
LOAD UNITS
Display only. If the load for this key facility will be determined from information in the Routing File (using Planned Routing Generation), then the load units should be HOURS. If the load will be determined using a resource profile, the load units should correspond to the load being measured in the resource profile.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. This is the order number of a manufacturing order, transfer order, transfer requisition, offset release, or sales order that is creating the load for the displayed part for the key facility within the specified period. FLOW is displayed for flow authorization, and FORECAST is displayed for projected demand records. TENTATIVE is displayed if a tentative schedule is creating the load.
ORDER TYPE
Display only. This is the order type of the order generating load. Possible values are:
M - Manufacturing Order
R - Rework Order
C - Regular Sales Order
G - Blanket Release
H - Backorder Release
ORDER STATUS
Display only. This is status of the order generating load. Possible values are:
P - planned
F - firm
O - open
BUYER/PLANNER CODE
Display only. The code for the buyer/analyst for the order.
DUE DATE
Display only. This is date on which the customer order or manufacturing is due or the tentative schedule date.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. This is the original quantity of the order in stockkeeping units of measure.
BALANCE DUE
Display only. This is the balance remaining on the order in stockkeeping units of measure. For example, if the order was originally for 100 but 60 have already been completed, the balance remaining is 40. The load is calculated based on the balance remaining, not on the original order quantity.
LOAD BY ORDER
Display only. This is the load on the key facility, in hours, based on the specified order. Load imposed by configured, rework manufacturing orders are taken into account in the maintenance of respective key facilities. For more details on the calculation of load see the key concept in the Master Scheduling User Manual.
CUMULATIVE LOAD
Display only. This is the cumulative load for all orders already listed. This field is displayed only if you press F12.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the detail screens.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - This function key displays the planning window (PLNS01).
F9 - Access the Key Facility Maintenance Change screen (MS100S02).
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
F12 - Display a second line of information for each record. When the second line is displayed, pressing F12 again will remove it.
F13 - Access the Simulation Schedule Maintenance Function Select screen (RP140S01).
F16 - Access the Key Facility Information screen (KFS01).
F24 - Display additional command keys that are valid for the current screen.
