MPW0084 Key facility capacity exceeded
This screen displays, for a specified key facility, the load for each part and the cumulative load for four periods at a time. The current, simulated, or tentative schedule is displayed, depending on the schedule option chosen on the Function Select screen.
PLANNED ROUTING DATE
Display only. The date that the planned routings were last generated. The planned routings need not be regenerated unless product design or key facility definition has changed.
KEY FACILITY
Display only. The key facility number for which load is displayed.
PERIOD
Display only. The start and end dates for which load is displayed. If no calendar code was entered, the calendar code on the plant is used for calculating and displaying load.
LOAD UNITS
Display only. If the load for this key facility will be determined from information in the Routing File (using Planned Routing Generation), then the load units is HOURS. If the load will be determined using a resource profile, the load units correspond to the load being measured in the resource profile.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The items contributing load to the key facility for the displayed periods. By pressing F12, you can display/hide an additional line in which plant information is displayed. The Plant field indicates where the part is defined that is causing load on the key facility.
LOAD BY PART
Display only. This is the load on the key facility, in load units, created by manufacturing orders, sales orders, forecast, or tentative schedule for the part. Which of the above list is used to generate the load for this part depends on the selected schedule option and on the demand type of the part. For more details on the calculation of load, see the key concept in the Master Scheduling User Manual.
CUMULATIVE LOAD
Display only. This is the cumulative load for all parts already listed.
TOTAL
Display only. This field indicates the total load on the key facility for each period.
CAPACITY
Display only. This is the effective capacity, in hours, for the key facility for each of the periods displayed. The amount is derived by calculating the length of the period, the weekly capacity, and the capacity profile (daily percentages that are defined in the Key Facility Master File (MS100M).
PERCENTAGE LOAD
Display only. This field indicates the percentage of load over the capacity of the key facility during the period defined. This percentage takes into account the load imposed by configured, rework manufacturing orders.
