Multi-Language Documents

MAC-PAC can print documents in multiple languages for mailing to customers and vendors who operate in a different language than you do.  For example, if you operate in English and you purchase parts from a vendor whose operations are in French, you can send the vendor your Purchase Orders in French.  The language the system runs in is called the base language.  This is the language of all screens and data in the system.  Customer and vendor languages other than the base language, are called secondary languages.

The multi-language documents feature is separate from the International Translation Facility (ITF).  ITF will change your system's base language.  You cannot print documents in secondary languages with ITF.  Multi-language documents allow you to define secondary languages for customer and vendor documents.
