This screen is used to enter or display the column headings printed on Analysis Reports. If you are using a normal printer (for reports that are 132 characters wide), you may specify up to six sets of column headings on each report. If you are using a printer that allows 198-character reports, you may specify up to eight sets of column headings on each report. The report format (132 or 198 characters) is specified on Reference File category 025.
Each column heading can contain three lines that appear in stacked format on the report. One column heading record may be entered for each report.
REPORT
Required. Enter the name of the Analysis Report. The name of the report must exist on Reference File category 130.
REPORT TYPE
Required. This field is used to specify where to print the line descriptions for this report in relation to the data on the report. Valid values are:
B - Balance Sheet Format (line descriptions appear to the left of the report columns);
I - Income Statement Format (line descriptions appear between columns three and four).
COLUMN HEADING
Optional. For all column heading fields, enter the description for that column.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F7 - Display the Analysis Report Heading screen.
F9 - Display the Analysis Report Line Description screen.
F19 - Display the Analysis Report Specification File Mass Maintenance screen, which allows you to duplicate or change existing records.
F20 - Display the Analysis Report Specification Search screen, which allows you to select cell or extract specification records that have already been created.
