The Analysis Report Request screen is used to select Analysis Report for printing. Either individual reports can be selected or all reports can be selected for printing.
COPIES
Optional. Enter a value in this field only if you want to print all of the displayed reports. When all reports are to be printed, this field specifies the number of copies of each report to be generated. Valid values are 1 - 9.
ROLL FACTOR
Optional. This field determines the number of lines which will be rolled forward or backward when the Roll Up or Roll Down key is pressed.
COPIES
Required for each report selected. The number of copies of the report that should be printed. Valid values are 1-9.
REPORT NUMBER
Display only. The report number must first exist on Reference File category 130 (Analysis Report Titles). The report number is a unique number assigned to an Analysis Report.
REPORT TITLE
Display only. This field contains the report title that is associated with the report number above. This is the Analysis Report description which will be printed at the top of each report page.
SUBMIT
Required. The submit flag specifies whether a report should be submitted for later execution or whether the report should be generated immediately. Immediate processing is usually reserved for low volume requests because the terminal used to request the processing will not be available until the processing is completed. Valid values are:
Y - Submit processing request for later batch execution;
N - Perform processing interactively.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
