Purpose

This report lists control totals for the Financial Statement Title File mass maintenance process requested.

This report can be printed in either a 132- or 198-character-wide format.  The default entry on category 025 determines which format is chosen unless an exception record is set up.  To produce an exception record for this report, set up the following record on category 025 with the program name and desired printer attribute.

Report Sequence

None (one report per mass maintenance request).

The Financial Statement Title File Mass Maintenance Report prints a copy of the screen used to request the mass maintenance processing, and control totals that list the number of records processed by the request.  Refer to Screen section for a description of the screen fields duplicated on the report.  Other control fields are described below.
