Reporting Structure
The General Ledger module reporting structure consists of centers, locations, companies, groups, and combined or consolidated reporting for all entities. This structure is illustrated here below.
Financial Reporting Structure
The terminology -- center, location, company, group, and combined entity -- has been assigned to refer to the various levels within the financial reporting structure. In actual practice, the system is flexible, and users can adapt the various levels to meet their individual reporting requirements. Users can determine how to adapt the system from the following discussion of system requirements at each level in the structure.
