Mass Maintenance

The Allocation Specification File Maintenance Conversation provides mass maintenance capabilities to reduce data entry.  Complete allocations, suballocations, or allocation record ranges can be duplicated based on existing allocation specifications using the mass creation function.  Accumulation and distribution specification field values can be modified using the mass change function.  Using these two functions can greatly reduce data entry and ensure consistency of the definitions of like allocations.
