This report reads the Dunning Error Message File (AR430AP) and prints all the errors that have occurred in the dunning process.

This report lists all open items that are candidates for dunning. It takes into account dunning hold flags and grace periods. Open items are processed as of the cutoff date. It is printed when the Dunning Main Process Program (AR400E) is run in trial mode.

This report lists all open items which exceed the maximum dunning level specified on category 351. It is printed through the Dunning Report Selection Program (AR440E).

This report lists all open items which are overdue as of the system date. It does not take into account dunning hold flags and grace periods. It is printed through the Dunning Report Selection Program (AR440E).

Open Items Not to be Dunned (AR480PF1)

This report lists all overdue open items which have a dunning hold flag on the customer or on the open item, as well as disputed open items. (These are open items that have the disputed item flag on the open item file set on.)
