RMA Maintenance

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Maintenance allows you to issue RMA numbers to customers for returned goods.  Once you enter an RMA, an acknowledgment can be printed to send to the customer.  This acknowledgment lets the customer know:

·     What you expect to receive

·     The date you expect it

·     The price of each item

Free form comments can be associated with the RMA header and each RMA line.  A print code on the comment line decides if the comments are printed on the RMA acknowledgment.  The RMA header contains four user-defined fields.  You may customize the literals on these fields in Reference File category G79.
