Trading Partner Relationship
The trading partner relationship is a specific connection between you and your trading partners. A relationship must be created for each EDI transaction you conduct with each trading partner. For each relationship, you must agree on the network to use, the documents to transfer, and the format and version of those documents. Be sure to set up this relationship carefully before completing your EDI implementation.
