Rhonda J. DeMuth, Chairman & CEO
As head of the management team, Rhonda DeMuth focuses on implementing the vision and business strategies that set TDCI apart from the competition. Rhonda joined TDCI in 1993 to direct and develop TDCI's expanding Technology Services practice. In 1997 she became the company's President, helping TDCI transform from a services oriented technology company to a commercial software focused organization. After naming Dan DeMuth as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2002, she continues to function as CEO and Chairman of the Board for TDCI. Prior to joining TDCI, Rhonda brings 13 years of management and technology experience across various application disciplines including manufacturing, distribution, utilities, and financial.
In 1999, Rhonda was named as a finalist for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2000, TechColumbus, honored her as Executive of the Year, and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce awarded her Small Business Person of the Year. Rhonda holds a BS in mathematics from Minnesota State University (formerly Mankato State University) and an MBA from University of Dayton.
Dan DeMuth, President & COO
As TDCI’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Dan DeMuth manages day-to-day operations and leads the company's strategic efforts for expansion into new focused markets. Dan has a breadth of business experience combining manufacturing, engineering, software, and sales management.
Prior to joining TDCI, he co-founded Agility Corporation, a leading provider of innovative software solutions to support the ‘sales to manufacturing’ cycle. TDCI acquired Agility Corporation in 2001. Prior to Agility, Dan was an executive with Andersen Consulting, leading their MAC-PAC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) central region software sales and services group.
Dinesh Dhamija, Ph.D., Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice-President
Dinesh is responsible for setting TDCI’s product and technology direction, defining long term company strategy, coordinating strategy execution, and developing strategic customer, partner, and analyst relationships. He is also responsible for the product management and marketing, quality assurance, and information technology functions.
Prior to joining TDCI, Dinesh was an independent consultant and a tenured associate professor in the Russ College of Engineering & Technology at Ohio University. His areas of expertise were Computer Integrated Manufacturing, software systems, product design, and automation technologies. He was also the technical director for Ohio University's Center for Automatic Identification and Research.
As a consultant and an applied researcher, Dinesh has worked with several companies including Cooper Industries, GE Aircraft Engines, IBM, SDRC, Hubbell Power Systems, and Andersen Consulting. His projects ranged from developing technology and business strategy, developing and evaluating software systems, project organization and consulting, and education.
Dinesh is the recipient of the 2000 Sargent Americanism Award from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) for developing significant and innovative course work that creates a better understanding of business skills related to manufacturing among the students in colleges and universities in North America.
Dinesh holds bachelors and masters degree in mechanical engineering and a Ph.D. in integrated engineering with a focus on intelligent systems.
Dale Hays, Chief Application Officer and Vice President of Development
As Chief Application Officer (CAO) and Vice President of Development, Dale Hays is responsible for development of core products as well as custom solutions.
Prior to TDCI, Dale was co-founder and Vice President of development for Agility Corporation where he helped pioneer engineering automation technologies that now provide many of BuyDesign’s visualization and generation capabilities. Prior to Agility, in 1981 Dale co-founded ACS Software, Inc.,a California-based corporation, focused on solutions for management, workflow and distribution of technical documents, drawings and images.
