Flow Receipt Without Schedule FA Create - Purpose

The Flow Receipt Without Schedule FA Create program (JT135E) creates special, one-time flow authorizations with the flow authorization quantity (CZPQTY) = 0 and the flow authorization/flow requirement start dates = flow authorization/flow requirement end dates.  JT135E is called by the Flow Receipts/Issues Asynchronous program (JT125E) whenever a production schedule needs to be created.   JT135E allows flow receipts to be gathered and uploaded from bar coding systems and to be posted asynchronously when no flow authorization exists.
