The VAT Declaration category is used to define and decode the VAT declaration point codes. The Value Added Tax declaration point may be either invoice or payment. The code for invoice is '1' while payment is '2'. These cannot be changed. The decodes for the VAT declaration point codes are maintainable.
This category has a blank key to allow for only one record. This is a required category if operating in a VAT environment.

Required. Code for the payment VAT declaration point. Must be '2' and is not maintainable.
