This screen allows you to specify literals for four user-defined fields that share the same data attributes. These literals will be used for data on the Part Master file, Customer Master file, Account Master file, Vendor Master file, Lot Master file, Company/Location Maintenance file, Endorsement Master file, or Manufacturing Order file, depending on what option was selected on the Function Select screen. The fields corresponding to these literals are all alphanumeric fields with lengths of 2, 3, 4, and 5 characters.
The literals for other user-defined fields are specified on categories D94, D96, D97, D98, and D99.
