The User/Company Authorization category contains all the authorization records for users. It defines which company-warehouse combinations users are authorized to.

If this category does not exist, all users are authorized to all company-warehouses. If the category does exist but no records are found for a user, that user is authorized to all company-warehouses. Finally, if at least one record is found for a user, the user must be authorized to a company-warehouse before he/she can process against it.

USER IDENTIFICATION

Required. Used to define the user identification of the user being given authorization.

COMPANY/WAREHOUSE

Required. Used to define the company-warehouse combination to which the user is being given authorization. The company warehouse combination cannot be blank or all nines.
