The Transfer Order Shrinkage Reason Codes category contains codes that may be entered when transfer orders are received to indicate the reason for shrinkage of lot-controlled part quantities. You must enter a code, a decode, and a description for each reason.

Required. Enter the shrinkage reason code you wish to define.

This screen allows you to enter a decode and description for the Transfer Order Shrinkage Reason code entered on the select screen.
DECODE
Required. Enter a short description (up to six characters) of the Shrinkage Reason code, as it should appear on reports and inquiry detail screens to explain shrinkage that occurred on a shipment.
DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter a detailed description of the shrinkage reason code. This description will be displayed on the Transfer Order Inquiry Receipt Detail screen (TC920S03) for lot-controlled parts received with this Shrinkage Reason code.
