This screen allows you to enter requisition status codes and their decoded values. The codes and decodes are used in the Transfer Requisition Maintenance and Inquiry conversations.
REQUISITION STATUS CODES
Optional. These one-character codes indicate the status of transfer requisitions and requisition lines. Each code is associated with a status, also displayed on this screen (see Decodes fields). The user may not change any of the values displayed. However, the user may define up to two additional status codes by entering a letter in one or both of the last two positions of this field. The letter(s) entered must be different from those already displayed. A corresponding status decode must also be entered for each user-defined status.
The existing, nonchangeable status codes are:
C - Closed
V - Covered
K - Canceled
P - Planned
R - Released
REQUISITION STATUS DECODES
Required. For each valid requisition status, enter a three-character abbreviation that corresponds to the requisition status code. If you entered a user-defined status code, also enter the corresponding abbreviation.
