The Transfer Requisition Release Authority Codes category is used to define whether users are allowed to change the status of transfer requisitions from planned to released. If a record does not exist for a user, that user will not be allowed to release requisitions.

Required. Enter the user ID of the person for whom transfer requisition release authority is being granted or removed.
