The Transfer Requisition Print Codes category contains the two codes used to indicate whether a requisition comment should be printed on requisition reports.
You may enter your own 25-character description of each of these codes; however, the code 1 will always cause comments to be printed on requisition reports, and the code 0 will always cause comments not to be printed on requisition reports.
T.O. REQUISITION PRINT CODE
Required. Enter the print code whose description you wish to maintain. Valid print codes are:
1 - Print on requisition reports
0 - Do not print on requisition reports

This screen is used to enter a description of the Transfer Requisition Print code entered on the select screen.
DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter a description corresponding to the function of the code entered on the select screen. For example, if you entered 1, enter something like PRINT ON REPORTS or COMMENT ON REQUISITION. If you entered 0, enter something like DO NOT PRINT.
The description must be 25 characters or less.
