The T.O. Comments Print Code category contains the two codes used to indicate whether header comments for a transfer order will be printed on the Transfer Order Picker report. (This code is an optional field on the Transfer Order Maintenance - Comments screen (TC110S05)).
You may enter your own 25-character description of each of these codes (to be displayed on transfer order comments maintenance and inquiry screens); however, the code 1 will always cause the comments to be printed on the picker, and the code 0 will always cause the comments not to be printed on the picker.
T.O. COMMENTS PRINT CODE
Required. Enter the comment print code whose description you wish to maintain. Valid codes are:
1 - Print on picker
0 - Do not print on picker

This screen is used to enter a description of the Transfer Order Comments Print code entered on the select screen.
DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter a description corresponding to the function of the code entered on the select screen. For example, if you entered 1 on the select screen, enter something like PRINT COMMENTS ON PICKER or COMMENTS APPEAR ON PICKER. If you entered 0, enter something like NO COMMENTS ON PICKER or DO NOT PRINT COMMENTS. The description must be 25 characters or less.
