This screen allows you grant users authority to submit system commands from the F2 = Command window.

SYSTEM COMMAND AUTHORITY FLAG

Required.  Enter a 'Y' if the user is allowed to submit system commands.  If 'N' is entered, you can still use the command line when using option 85 (Release Submitted Jobs) from financial modules or option 85 (Work with Submitted Jobs) from Manufacturing and Distribution.
