This screen allows you to define the Synchro parameters. After you define these parameters initially, they are display only.
DENOMINATOR CONVERSION FACTOR FLAG (0/1)
Required. This is the denominator flag for the units of measure conversion factor:
0 - any denominator
1 - '1' denominator
NUMBER OF DAYS MONTHLY PERIOD/RELEASE
Optional. The periods indicated within the delivery request releases must be, as per GALIA standards, of increasing length. However, in order to avoid potential problems with months of variable length (28, 29, 30 or 31 days), you can define a number of days after which no control is executed. For example, you can enter '28' as being the shortest month.
PRE-PRINT OF SHIPPING LIST (0/1)
Required. This is the pre-print flag for the shipping lists:
0 - Shipping lists are not pre-printed.
1 - Shipping lists are pre-printed.
NUMBER OF KEPT ENDORSEMENTS
Optional. Indicates the number of endorsements kept by the item/delivery point relationship. The default value is 02.
NUMBER OF MONTHS/ENDORSEMENT
Optional. Indicates the minimum number of months required prior to purging an endorsement (of D or I status). The default value is 01.
NUMBER OF MONTHS/DELIVERY REQUEST
Optional. Indicates the minimum number of months required prior to purging a delivery request of closed status. The default value is 01.
NUMBER OF MONTHS/SHIPPING PROPOSAL
Required. Indicates the minimum number of months required prior to purging a shipping proposal. The default value is 01.
NUMBER OF MONTHS EXCEPTION DATES
Required. Indicates the minimum number of months required prior to purging an exception date. The default value is 01.
LABELS SAVED PERIOD
Optional. Indicates the minimum number of months required prior to purging labels that have not been shipped.
