The Shipping Lists Status Code category allows you to define the different status' associated with the shipping lists maintained by the Synchro module.
The shipping list status can have the following values:
O - Open: Preparation of shipment has started
G - Frozen: Preparation of shipment is completed, but the items have not yet left the loading dock. The shipping list can no longer be changed.
S - Shipped: The shipment has been made.
Only one open shipping list can exist at any given time for a shipping proposal.
This is a required category if the Synchro module is installed.
SHIPPING LIST STATUS
Required. Enter the one-digit status code associated with the shipping list status you are maintaining.

This screen displays the description of the shipping list status code you entered on the function select screen.
STATUS DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter the description of the entered status code. This description will appear on several screens and reports in the Synchro module.
