The Status Codes category is used to define codes that indicate the status of various files. Predefined status code descriptions included with the software may be overridden with any user-defined descriptions. These descriptions appear on reports and screens.
STATUS CODE
Required. Predefined codes are:
1 - Active
2 - Deactivated
3 - Closed
O - Outstanding
V - Void
R - Reconciled
C - Cleared
W - Original Check
X - Forms Void
Y - Reinstate Open Item
Z - Void Document
N - Open
P - Partially Paid
F - Fully Paid
M - Customs Matched
