The Spool File Routing Category allows you to maintain the routing of reports generated within the Synchro module. Each time a report is printed by a specified user, it is routed to the printer you associate with that report in this category.
USER
Required. Enter the user ID whose report routing is being maintained.
DOCUMENT TYPE
Required. Enter the name of the file for which you are maintaining the routing. The types of spool files which can be routed are:
o GA520PF1: GALIA label type 1 (PU)
o GA520PF2: GALIA label type 2 (HU)
o GA520PF3: GALIA label type 3 (SHU)
o GA520PF4: GALIA label type 4 (MHU)
o GA540PF1: Shipping list
o KC520PF1: KANBAN labels

This screen allows you to define the printer to which the printer file you entered on the Function Select screen for the specified user will be routed.
USER/DOC TYPE
Display only. Displays the user ID and the printer file you entered on the Function Select screen.
OUTQ
Required. Enter the name of the outque to which this document will be routed.
PRINTER TYPE
Required. Code specifying the printer type for the document. Valid values are:
1 - IDS
2 - IPDS
