The Special Accounts category contains the numbers assigned to unrealized exchange gain and loss accounts for each company/location combination. During account revaluation at a company/location, unrealized exchange gains and losses will be recorded on these accounts. One unrealized exchange gain account and one unrealized exchange loss account may be defined for each company/location.
TYPE
Required. This is the type of account to be defined. Valid values are:
20 - Unrealized exchange gain account
21 - Unrealized exchange loss account
COMPANY/LOCATION
Required. The company/location combination for which an unrealized gain/loss account will be defined. The company/location combination must exist on Reference File category 002 (Entity Name).

The Special Accounts data consists of the account/center for the unrealized exchange gain/loss for the company/location combination specified in the key. If management accounts are used, you must also define account/centers for fiscal and management unrealized exchange gain/loss.
ACCOUNT/CENTER
Required. The user defined number of the account/center being defined as an unrealized gain/loss for the company/location.
FISCAL ACCOUNT/CENTER
Required if Management Accounting is used. You may define the fiscal account/center for unrealized exchange gain/loss transactions for the company/location.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT/CENTER
Required if Management Accounting is used. You may define the management account/center for unrealized exchange gain/loss transactions for the company/location.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the function select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option, a mnemonic, or an OS/400 command (if you are authorized) can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F9 - Enter the Reference File Inquiry Program.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
