The Sort Sequence Codes Reference File category allows you to specify the description for a sort sequence code. The sort sequence description appears on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.
SORT SEQUENCE
Required. Enter the code of the sort sequence description to be maintained. Sort sequence codes are defined in Reference File category N05.

The Sort Sequence Codes Detail screen allows you to define the description associated with each of the sort sequence codes. Sort sequence codes are used to indicate the order in which Business Process Manager (BPM) events are displayed on the Event Manager Detail screen.
There are four possible sort sequences: ascending, descending, absolute ascending, and absolute descending. The sort sequence code is associated with a specific sequence in Reference File category N05. The description specified on this screen will appear on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.
The extraction frequency code is associated with a specific frequency in Reference File category N05. The description specified on this screen will appear on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.
