The Sales Order Line Reason Code category is used to define reason codes and the procedures for how the reason codes are to be used. Reason codes may be used to document a line cancellation or changes in an order.

Required. Enter a two-character user-defined reason code.

This screen is used to describe the two-character user-defined reason code entered on the Function Select screen. This reason code can be attached to a sales order line when you want to change or cancel an order and want to include a reason for the change.

REASON CODE DESCRIPTION

Required. Enter up to a 25-character description for the reason code you specified on the Function Select screen.
