The Sales Order Acknowledgement Release Codes category identifies when the acknowledgment will be printed.

This category is required if the Order Processing or Electronic Data Interchange modules are installed.

SALES ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RELEASE CODE

Required. This field is used to enter a system-defined release code for description maintenance. Valid entries are:

H - Hold indefinitely.

I - Immediate release.

N - Release at the end of the day.

This screen is used to maintain the decode description for valid Sales Order Acknowledgment release codes.

RELEASE CODE DESCRIPTION

Required. This field is used to associate a description to the system-defined release code.
