The Shipping Document Process Codes category allows you to add, change, delete, or inquire on process codes for shipping documentation. Process codes determine how your four shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Packing Label, and Shipping Label) will be processed.

This category has sixteen process codes (A - H and 1 - 8). These code should not be changed because the system expects to process these exact codes. You will receive unpredictable results if any of the sixteen process codes are changed.

This screen allows you to define the shipping document process codes.

PROCESSING DESCRIPTION

Required. Enter the processing description.

BILL OF LADING FLAG

Required. Used to determine if a bill of lading will be processed.

Y - Yes, process the bill of lading.

N - No, do not process the bill of lading.

PACKING LIST FLAG

Required. Used to determine if the packing list will be processed.

Y - Yes, process the packing list.

N - No, do not process the packing list.

PACKING LABEL FLAG

Required. Used to determine if the packing labels will be processed.

Y - Yes, process the packing labels.

N - No, do not process the packing labels.

SHIPPING LABEL FLAG

Required. Used to determine if the shipping labels.

Y - Yes, process the shipping labels.

N - No, do not process the shipping labels.
