The Sales Order Entry Group category defines valid sales order entry groups used in the Expert Configurator module. Groups are defined for a specific plant (i.e., a group must be defined for each plant separately to be valid for all plants). You can define sales order entry groups and subgroups, and maintain the active version of these groups. Groups allow many parts to share common rules and matrices. Group rules will be processed when any part defined for the group is ordered. Parts are defined for a group in Part Master Maintenance.
PLANT
Required. Enter the plant for which the group is being defined.
