This category allows you to enter RMA Status Codes and decodes. An RMA will initially have a status of (O) open. Once it is complete, you will need to change the status to (C) closed. You may define some extra status codes to use while the RMA is in process. This is a required category.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen allows you to enter RMA Status Codes and decodes. These codes are used to track the status of an RMA as it moves through the system.
RMA STATUS CODES
Required. Enter the required status codes in the first two places. These codes are "O" and "C". The next thirteen places are for user defined status codes. These thirteen places are not required. If you do enter values in these thirteen places, you may use any alphanumeric character.
OPEN
Required. Enter up to three alphanumeric characters. This decode is usually "OPN". Open means the RMA is in normal processing mode.
CLOSED
Required. Enter up to three alphanumeric characters. This decode is usually "CLO". Closed means the RMA is no longer being processed by the system.
USER DEFINED
Required. Enter up to three alphanumeric characters.
