MINOR RESPONSIBILITY
Required. This field indicates the minor responsibility code linked to the major responsibility record for which you are maintaining information.

RESPONSIBILITY AREA DESCRIPTION
Optional. The description of the responsibility area entered on the key of this record.
DEFAULT RESPONSIBILITY REPORT
Required. Used to identify whether the Responsibility Report is a default report for printing. Valid entries are:
Y - Default for report is print.
N - Default for report is do not print.
ROUND 000's
Optional. Used to define the default Responsibility Report round option for each area. Valid entries are:
Y - Round to thousands.
N - Round to units.
PRINT DETAIL
Optional. Used to define the default Responsibility Report print option for each area. Valid entries are:
Y - Print account/center detail.
N - Do not print account/center detail.
